Help Guide
Welcome to the NBG Fashion Supplier Database
You now have full access to our exclusive list of verified Turkish fashion suppliers, available through your dashboard.
Sourcing quality garments from Turkish wholesalers can be complex, so we’ve created this guide to help you navigate the process with confidence and make the most of your supplier access.
Each supplier in our database has been personally screened and verified by our team.
We've visited their physical stores, conducted supply chain audits, and confirmed they offer high-quality fashion garments.
Each listing includes:
> Supplier/wholesaler name
> WhatsApp contact number
> Instagram handle
> Clothing category/style
> Location within Istanbul’s top wholesale fashion markets
It’s a large database, so we recommend exploring it gradually. Use WhatsApp to connect directly with the suppliers that best match your brand and sourcing needs. Suppliers often update their contact information on Instagram, so be sure to regularly check their Instagram handles for the most up-to-date details and styles.
Turkish fashion suppliers rely heavily on mobile platforms to communicate and share new collections.
Make sure to download the following apps:
> Telegram – Primary channel for daily product updates and catalogues
> WhatsApp – For direct communication with suppliers
> Instagram – To browse new designs and follow story updates
> Follow on Instagram: 98% of suppliers post new season stocks and previews on their Stories and feeds.
> Reach Out on WhatsApp: Start with a friendly, professional introduction. Ask the supplier if they use Telegram for catalogues or WhatsApp for sending product photos directly.
> Join Their Telegram Channels: This is where most fashion suppliers post their latest collections, prices, and availability.
> Be patient many suppliers are busy working with thousands of boutiques and retailers globally.
> If there’s no reply at first, a polite follow-up message is totally fine
> Building a relationship takes time, but it will help you access better deals and fasterservice.
When messaging a new supplier, a simple and polite introduction helps establish trust and professionalism. Keep it brief, clear, and friendly.
Don’t worry if they don’t reply immediately, suppliers often manage hundreds of customer messages daily. A gentle follow-up message is perfectly okay.
> Example message in English: “Hello, my name is Mahmood. I’m based in the USA and own a women’s fashion boutique.I’m interested in your products, do you have a Telegram channel where I can view more styles and pricing?”
> Turkish translation: “Merhaba, benim adım Mahmood. ABD'de yaşıyorum ve bir kadın moda butiğine sahibim.Ürünlerinizle ilgileniyorum. Daha fazla stil ve fiyat görebileceğim bir Telegram kanalınız varmı?”
Why Don’t These Amazing Vendors Have Websites?
Most Turkish fashion wholesalers don’t operate traditional e-commerce websites. Instead, they rely heavily on platforms like Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp to:
> Showcase new arrivals
> Communicate with customers
> Manage orders
While a few B2B platforms exist, most include less than 15% of the vendors in our database meaning buyers miss out on the full range of options. This limited access often leads to missed opportunities, especially for those looking for unique styles, better prices, or direct connections with reliable Turkish suppliers.
