Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, the following items listed below become non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. At Nobarriersgrowth we do however want you to feel confident in trying our services. That's why we offer a flexible cancel anytime policy, you can cancel at any point, and your subscription will automatically end at the conclusion of your 30-day billing cycle no questions asked.
Sales and transactions of online goods, such as pdf files, jpeg files, Microsoft Word and Excel, and online downloadable documentation are exempt from being refunded and cannot be returned.
All consultations are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule a booked session within 30 days of the purchase date. Clients may reschedule a mentorship session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a client fails to attend without prior notice (a “no-show”), no refund will be issued, and rescheduling will not be offered.
