Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, the following items listed below become non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Sales and transactions of online goods, such as pdf files, jpeg files, Microsoft Word and Excel, and online downloadable documentation are exempt from being refunded and cannot be returned.
Our consultations are non-refundable. Customers, however, can reschedule a booked session within 15 days of purchase date, before 48 hours of original booking. If a client books a mentorship session and fails to show up, no refund will be given, and no rescheduling will be offered.
Our wholesale district tours can be rescheduled within 6 months of the purchase date. If a client is no longer able to attend a 50% refund will be given.
